Leclerc, masterfully captures the elegance of French big game hunting, highlighting the dynamism of the horses and the pack. The engraving includes a detailed coat of arms and a biographical note about the artist at the bottom. With generous dimensions of 59.5x49.5cm (65.5x56cm including its period gilt frame), it is a work of great decorative presence. It exhibits an authentic patina with signs of foxing that certify its age. An ideal opportunity for collectors of equestrian art and hunting themes. Very difficult to find, it is delivered as shown in the photographs.
